Returns & Refunds
It is very important that you are happy with the products we send to you. So if you have any concerns, questions or complaints about a product or service please don't hesitate to contact us. Initially it is best to call us on 01473 784983 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not return anything to us without making contact because we will normally supply a returns label with postage (if the item is faulty).
If the goods are proven to be faulty then we will offer a replacement or refund and arrange for their return.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us. Officially we request you make contact with us within 28 days of receipt of goods, however things like Christmas can get in the way so we extend this to the end of January for purchases made during November and December.
For cancellations we request the items are returned to us in unused condition (including packaging if possible). We do not cover the cost of the return (unless the goods are faulty). Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund you the cost of the product plus standard delivery (if this was applicable). If you chose a more expensive delivery option (e.g next day delivery or overseas delivery), you will be refunded the standard delivery charge that would have applied to your order.
